Semantix acquires translation provider Teknotrans

Through the acquisition of Teknotrans AB, Semantix continues its acquisition drive, strengthening its offering in the global market and consolidating its position as the Nordic language technology leader.

They also have a long history of delivering high-quality translations with a strong footprint in the automotive and industrial sector, which makes the acquisition interesting for us. Teknotrans was founded in 1971 and has offices in Gothenburg, Sweden, and in Split, Croatia. The company is fully owned by CEO, Christian Hammer.
