We’re replacing SSMT with AI Portal, but what does this mean for you?

As part of the TransPerfect family, we’re always looking for ways to improve our services and offer you the best user experience as we move forward together. That’s why we’re now migrating SSMT to an even better machine translation tool, AI Portal.

Your login process remains the same and redirection is automatic

Your login process will remain the same. From 1 September, when you log in to SSMT you’ll be automatically redirected to our new AI Portal tool. It might be handy to bookmark the new login page in your web browser. You’ll use the same credentials to authenticate (via TransPerfect Single Sign-On System) and your client settings (MT providers, MT engines and quotas) will be migrated automatically to AI Portal.

When will this happen?

The migration will take place on 1 September 2022.

Remember, this migration doesn’t entail any changes to how you log in – the process remains the same and you keep the same client settings and credentials.
